Terms of Service - AI Hair Studio

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Hair Studio ("the Service"), operated by Beijing Yiling Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Hair Studio provides AI-powered hairstyle generation and face shape analysis services. Users upload photos to generate virtual hairstyle try-on results. The Service is provided on a "pay-per-use" or "credit-based" model.

3. Prohibited Content & User Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from uploading any of the following types of content:

Illegal Content: Images depicting child sexual abuse, violence, terrorism, or any illegal acts.
Non-Consensual Images: Photos of third parties without their explicit consent (e.g., deepfakes of celebrities or private individuals).
Nudity & Pornography: Sexually explicit or suggestive content.
Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination or violence.

Enforcement: We use automated systems and manual review to detect violations. Any user found violating these rules will have their account terminated immediately without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Digital Goods: Our services (AI generation credits) are digital, intangible goods that are consumed immediately upon use.

No Refunds: Due to the significant GPU computing costs incurred for each generation, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE once the credits have been purchased or used.

Exceptions: We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit restoration ONLY in the following cases:

A technical failure of our system prevented the service from being delivered (e.g., the AI failed to generate an image).
Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error.

To request a review for a technical error, please contact support@aihairstyle.top with your transaction ID.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process these photos solely for the purpose of generating your results.

Our Content: The AI algorithms, interface design, and underlying code are the property of Beijing Yiling Technology Co., Ltd.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS". While we strive for high-quality results, AI generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that the generated hairstyles will perfectly match your expectations or be suitable for professional use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beijing Yiling Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
